What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Websites use them to remember things between pages and visits, to keep services secure, to measure how a site is used and to show advertising. We also use similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage and session storage, and we treat them in the same way as cookies on this page.
Why Quizondo uses them
Quizondo is free to use, and advertising pays for it. That is the main reason third-party cookies appear on the Site. We also use a small number of cookies to keep the Site working and secure and to understand which quizzes people enjoy.

The list changes from time to time, because advertising partners change. The consent tool on the Site always shows the current list of partners and lets you review them.
How consent works
- On your first visit a consent notice appears. Essential and security cookies are used because the Site cannot work or stay safe without them.
- Analytics and advertising cookies are used according to the choices you make in the notice, where the law requires your consent.
- Your choice is saved in a cookie so we do not ask on every page. It is renewed from time to time.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can reopen the consent tool at any time. Look for the small settings icon, usually at the bottom of the page, or the “Privacy” option if it is shown, and change or withdraw your consent there. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
You can also control cookies in your browser. Most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies or delete them when you close the browser. Blocking everything may make parts of the Site work less well. For instructions, see allaboutcookies.org or the help pages of your browser.
Controlling advertising and analytics separately
- Google ads: manage personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
- Interest-based ads from many companies: aboutads.info/choices (US) and youronlinechoices.com (EU and UK).
- Google Analytics: install the opt-out browser add-on or decline analytics in the consent tool.
Opting out of personalized advertising does not remove ads. The ads you see will simply be less relevant to you.
Third-party content and services
Some features load content from other companies, such as fonts from Google and the Save button from Pinterest. When your browser contacts these companies they can see technical data such as your IP address, and they may set their own cookies. Their policies apply to what they do with that data. Our share buttons are ordinary links and send nothing to social networks until you click them.

We may update this page when the Site, our partners or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
