What Kind of Pirate Would You Be?
A ship doesn't run on one kind of person. It runs because several very different instincts finally agree to point in the same direction.
The captain leads because someone has to, commanding and strategic, carrying the weight of every decision whether the crew actually notices or not. The quartermaster keeps everyone honest, fair and practical, the reason the ship doesn't fall apart the second things get difficult. The swashbuckler lives for the danger itself, reckless and charming, treating every fight like it's the most fun part of the whole voyage. The navigator lives for the unknown, patient and curious, more interested in what's over the horizon than any actual treasure.
