Group project time. What's your role?
What Kind of Student Are You?
We have all been a certain kind of student at 2 a.m., staring at a blank document while the cursor blinks at us like a disappointed teacher. We have all bought a fancy planner in September and abandoned it by the second week. We have all highlighted an entire page, which is the same as highlighting nothing, only more yellow.
It gets worse. We have all read the first and last paragraph of a chapter and called it research. We have all asked the group chat what the homework was, then ignored the answer. A few of us have drawn a small, detailed dragon in the margin of a math test and felt proud of it.
So let's stop pretending. Somewhere between the Highlighter Hoarder with the color-coded tabs and the Midnight Crammer who writes an essay in the time it takes to heat up noodles, there's a version of school you that your teachers would recognize instantly. The questions below won't grade you. They'll just know.
