Which Sunday Reset Routine Are You?

And here, in the soft light of a late Sunday afternoon, we observe the human in its natural habitat. It has suddenly remembered that Monday exists. Watch as it rises from the couch, circles the laundry basket twice and opens the fridge to inspect a lettuce of uncertain age. What happens next will shape the entire week.

Some members of the species respond with a cleaning frenzy, scrubbing the grout with an old toothbrush while a podcast plays at full volume. Others line up fourteen glass containers on the counter and portion out chicken and rice with military precision. A third group runs a bath, applies a green face mask and lights a candle named something like Cashmere Fog. And a fourth, the bravest of all, lies perfectly still under a blanket and calls it recovery.

Every Sunday reset works, at least a little, and each one says something about the creature performing it. Answer fifteen questions about laundry, groceries, alarm clocks and the Sunday scaries to find out which routine is yours. The documentary crew will wait quietly. They also have laundry.
